How custom sizing works
- Pick your jacket and your usual size as a starting point.
- Send your measurements by email or WhatsApp. Not sure of them? Leave them blank at checkout and we will email you to take them before we start.
- We cut and make your jacket. Made-to-measure orders take the same time as standard sizes, sometimes one extra day.
The leather
Smooth leather styles, from cropped bikers to longline trench coats, are lambskin. Croc-embossed styles are calf leather. Both are 0.99–1 mm thick. Read more about our leather or check the size guide. Shipping is free in the UK.

Can I have a leather jacket made to my measurements?
Yes. Every piece is made to order, and made to measure costs nothing extra. Select Made to measure on the product page and enter your shoulder, sleeve, chest (or bust) and length measurements. If you are not sure, leave them blank and add the jacket to your cart, and we will email you to take them before we start. Custom-size pieces take the usual production time, possibly one extra day, and cannot be returned.
How do I choose the right size women's leather jacket?
Most styles come in XS to XXL, and some go up to XXXL. Check our size guide; if you are between sizes or want room for thick knits, choose made to measure.
How should a leather jacket fit women?
Close to the body without pulling. The shoulder seams should sit at the edge of your shoulders, the sleeves should end at your wrist bone, and the jacket should close comfortably over the bust with room for a thin top underneath. Cropped jackets should finish at or just above the waist; trench coats and blazers can sit a little looser. Leather softens and moulds to you with wear, so a close fit at first is normal.
How do I measure for a women's leather jacket?
Use a soft tape and measure over a thin top. Take four measurements: shoulder, across the back from one shoulder point to the other; sleeves, from the shoulder point to the wrist bone with your arm relaxed; bust, around the fullest part, under the arms, with the tape level; and length, from the base of the collar at the back down to where you want the jacket to end. For a cropped style, measure to just above your waist. Our size guide shows where to measure.
